Solution Designer - Telecom CRM and POS

JD:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in evaluating business problems and developing solution designs for the CRM and POS areas
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment across business, technology, and partner organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate solution options, risks, dependencies, delivery status, and business impacts.
  • Solid understanding of CRM and POS application ecosystems, including customer lifecycle management, sales processes, order management, and retail operations.
