MPL Solution Design Specialist Locations: Bogotá (Colombia), Panama City (Panama), Guatemala City (Guatemala), Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic). Work Model: On-site / Presential.

Role Purpose

The MPL Solution Design Specialist leads the end‑to‑end design of logistics solutions for new and existing customers. The role is responsible for developing competitive, data‑driven, and financially sound solutions that support commercial growth and operational excellence. The position must “develop detailed designs for the solution incorporating the scope of services, operating model, resource models, operating cost estimates, recommended selling price, estimated value for the client and draft P&L.”
