Solution Design & Implementation Manager – Contract Logistics

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed pricing models and resource plans using advanced Excel tools, including macros, to support RFQs and warehouse solution proposals.
• Design cost-effective warehouse and supply chain solutions aligned with client requirements and operational capabilities.
• Partner with Tender Management, Contract Logistics, and Warehousing Solutions teams on international opportunities.
• Lead solution planning across the full project lifecycle — from concept and pricing through build and implementation.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance consistency, scalability, and operational reliability in both tender and live project environments.
• Create and maintain structured project plans, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication; elevate issues when necessary.
