Demo Development & Configuration

· Design and build compelling solution demonstrations showcasing Teleperformance's transformation capabilities across AI/GenAI solutions (chatbots, agent assist, intelligent automation), CCaaS/omnichannel platforms, process transformation tools, and analytics dashboards

· Configure and customize demo environments using Teleperformance's technology stack, including partner platforms and proprietary solutions

· Develop both reusable demo scenarios that can be leveraged across multiple opportunities and tailored demonstrations specific to client industries (BFSI, E-Commerce, Travel, etc.) and use cases

· Utilize low-code/no-code platforms and scripting capabilities to create functional, interactive demonstrations that authentically represent solution capabilities

· Collaborate with Product teams to access demo environments, understand product capabilities, and stay current on new features and enhancements
