Job Description

Lead the vision and execution of survey modernization initiatives by defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment across global teams. Act as the voice of the customer and business to deliver scalable, innovative solutions.

Design, architect, and modernize the end‑to‑end survey lifecycle: covering intake, authoring, logic automation, fielding, data movement, and final delivery — with cloud‑native integrations, scalable automation, and AI‑enabled capabilities.

Job Purpose

Serve as the domain architect for NIQ’s survey modernization initiatives. Define and evolve the technical blueprint for how surveys are created, validated, executed at scale, integrated, and delivered across countries and platforms.
