As a Solutions Architect in the Contact Center Solutions department at Allianz, you will play a crucial role in transforming our global platforms into a modern, cloud-based, AI-enabled ecosystem. Our department provides essential services that empower Allianz entities to operate their customer contact centers effectively, handling millions of interactions annually. You will be part of the Add-On Squad, driving the architecture, design, and technical evolution of add-on services connected to our global Contact Center platform.
