Solution Architect

Role Summary

The Pre-Sales Solution Architect partners with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design and present StackGen's Agentic Infrastructure & Autonomous Platform for enterprise customers across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

The role combines hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure and DevOps with strong communication skills to demonstrate how StackGen's AI-driven platform automates provisioning, governance, observability, and incident remediation across the full infrastructure lifecycle, aligned with SRE and platform engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospects to assess DevOps, platform engineering, SRE workflows, IaC usage, and governance requirements, mapping them to StackGen capabilities.
