Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end solution architecture for BSS/OSS implementations, including integrations with third-party and legacy systems Own technical solution decisions across the project lifecycle, from proposal through delivery Review and validate high-level and low-level design documents prepared by delivery teams Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer architecture discussions Identify technical risks and define mitigation approaches during solution design Must-Haves Strong background in telecom BSS/OSS architecture (billing, charging, CRM, mediation, or similar) Experience designing system integrations (APIs, middleware, data migration) Proven track record owning solution architecture for enterprise-scale implementations Strong stakeholder management and technical documentation skills Willingness to travel within South Africa as required
