Solution Architect / Gating Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect / Gating Engineer with strong Site Engineering expertise to support end-to-end telecom site engineering activities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on exposure to RAN and transport site environments (Ericsson or Nokia) and the ability to effectively bridge technical, operational, and customer requirements.

This role requires a proactive professional who can ensure site engineering readiness, resolve technical challenges, and support smooth project delivery across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end responsibility for all site engineering activities , including site surveys, survey validation, BoQ preparation and validation , Site Material Requests (SMRs) , Site Installation Documentation (SIDs) , site design documentation, and implementation support.
