Job Summary: We are seeking a senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) capabilities across the enterprise. This role will architect scalable solutions for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB governance, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and ServiceNow's Common Service Data Model (CSDM). The architect will partner with platform teams, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted configuration data, enable automation, and improve operational resilience.
