o Create AS-IS Architecture: Develop detailed diagrams of current system components, integrations, and dependencies.
o Map Business & Technology Flows: Capture end-to-end process flows, including data movement and system interactions.
o Identify Gaps & Constraints: Highlight limitations, pain points, and areas for improvement in the current design.
o Ensure Stakeholder Alignment: Validate AS-IS design with business and technical teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
