Responsibilities:

  • Work very closely with Product Manager, Application development manager and other stakeholders to define the scope, solution architecture and time frame for each product release
  • Responsible to do impact analysis of requirements that make changes to existing products or create new software products
  • Lead technical design activities and review the designs to ensure the performance, scalability, maintainability, appropriate re-usability and ensure that solutions follow best practices
  • Ongoing technical improvements to our logistics platform and service to increase efficiency and reduce latency
  • Ensure the appropriate documentation of the requirements, architecture and knowledge are documented timely
  • Deliver documentation in standard format (UML, ER, DFD, etc.) for business and development team
