Solicitor

Solicitor with substantial experience primarily in the area of property law and practice to join in-house Legal Department.

The Representative Church Body (‘RCB’), the principal trustee for the Church of Ireland, seeks an experienced Solicitor with substantial experience primarily in the area of property law and practice to join its Legal Department. This is an in-house role, working within a small team of solicitors, practising in Ireland and in Northern Ireland. 

The role

  • To provide legal services across a broad range of property transactions including the purchase, disposal, letting and licensing of residential and non-residential properties.
  • To review and advise on titles to residential and non-residential properties.
  • To resolve title and mapping issues relating to registered/unregistered titles.
