Job Description

The Soldering Technician The position supports day to day through hole processes, including Selective Soldering, Press Fit machines, and dispensing robots.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day‑to‑day operation of thru‑hole equipment

  • Ensure thru‑hole equipment operates at the required quality level

  • Monitor KPIs and provide daily reports on Back‑End process performance

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on thru‑hole equipment

  • Ensure all safety systems on through equipment are operating correctly

  • Develop and validate selective soldering programs

  • Develop and validate Press‑Fit programs

  • Develop and validate soldering thermal profiles

    • Requirements

  • 5 years or more experience on the SMT process


  • Technical degree in Electronics or a related field (required). An Engineering degree is desirable
