Soldering Technician

The Soldering Technician The position supports day to day through hole processes, including Selective Soldering, Press Fit machines, and dispensing robots.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for day‑to‑day operation of thru‑hole equipment.
• Ensure thru‑hole equipment operates at the required quality level.
• Monitor KPIs and provide daily reports on Back‑End process performance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on thru‑hole equipment.
• Ensure all safety systems on through equipment are operating correctly.
• Develop and validate selective soldering programs.
• Develop and validate Press‑Fit programs.
• Develop and validate soldering thermal profiles.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more experience on the SMT process.
• Technical degree in Electronics or a related field (required). An Engineering degree is desirable.
