**Aerospace Assembler – Wire Harness & Soldering**
**Location:** Everett, WA
**Pay:** $26-28
**Shift:** 6:00am–3:30pm (Mon–Thurs) and 6:00am–2:30pm every other Friday
**Type:** Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking an experienced **Aerospace Assembler** This role supports the assembly, modification, and testing of intricate electronic assemblies in an aerospace environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assemble complex wire harnesses, cables, and electronic assemblies
+ Perform precision hand soldering and rework
+ Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
+ Build initial layouts and perform continuity checks
+ Strip, tin, bend, terminate, and install wiring and components
+ Modify, rework, and test assemblies as needed
+ Support and train lower-level assemblers
+ Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards
