Solder Assembler - 2nd Shift

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Solder Assembler in Oldsmar, FL for a 1-year contract-to-hire role working 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM EST. This position supports a major aerospace & defense company and requires hands-on soldering experience, strong familiarity with IPC standards, and the ability to perform precision assembly on complex circuit boards. Candidates must be able to work 2nd shift exclusively and pass a required medical exam.

  Minimum 2 years of hands-on solder assembly experience in a production environment

  Documented experience with IPC-610 soldering standards

  Ability to solder and inspect SMT and through-hole components (0201–1206, BGAs, QFNs, CSPs, etc.)
