Shift timings and working days :- General Shifts (Availability round the clock)
Communication:- Excellent comm skills
Mandatory experience with SolarWinds .
Hands-on experience with other monitoring tools such as OpManager, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Splunk .
Strong experience in administrative configuration of monitoring tools.
Experience working with open-source monitoring tools like Nagios or Zabbix .
