The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to customers, installers, and internal teams regarding our solar energy systems. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting system configuration, and ensuring optimal performance of solar installations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support queries related to solar energy systems.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues with solar panels, inverters, monitoring systems, and other equipment.
