About the role
We are seeking an experienced Solar Site Supervisor to join our team at Sure Solar Sdn Bhd in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of our solar energy systems at various project sites. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to effectively lead and coordinate a team of solar technicians.
What you'll be doing
Supervising a team of solar technicians and ensuring all installation and maintenance work is completed to a high standard
Coordinating with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure solar projects are delivered on time and within budget
Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise during the installation or operation of solar energy systems
Conducting drone survey and site inspections, assessing risks, and implementing appropriate safety measures
