Responsibilities

• Provide installation training and ensure safe, reliable, and proper installation of Huawei equipment.
• Instruct customers on powering on and configuring transformer stations and inverters, ensuring normal operation.
• Guide customers on building and using the Huawei monitoring system, ensuring communication and monitoring functions work correctly.
• Locate and troubleshoot faults via remote support or on‑site service, assisting customers or maintenance personnel to recover faulty equipment.
• Disassemble faulty equipment, install replacements, and restore normal operation, then return the old equipment to Huawei.
