Solar PV Installer

Midlands (Leicestershire & Surrounding Area) Full-time · On-site · 
£40,000 - £50,000

 We’re looking for an experienced Solar PV Installer to join our clients expanding team. You will manage and deliver high‑quality Solar PV installations across residential and commercial sites. You’ll lead installation teams, work at height, interpret technical drawings, ensuring all panels, mounting systems and electrical components are installed safely and correctly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise Solar PV installation teams
  • Install panels, mounting systems and electrical components
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and roof layouts
  • Carry out commissioning, testing and quality checks
  • Resolve on-site issues and maintain safety standards
