Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage (Rooftop & Ground-mounted) solar projects end-to-end
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, vendors, and government bodies
• Ensure compliance, quality, safety, and timely delivery
• Manage budgets, procurement, and documentation
• Supervise site execution, testing, and commissioning

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years experience in solar project management
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of solar systems, regulatory norms, and safety standards
• Renewable energy certifications & Design skills preferred
