Solar Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Solar Project Engineer with strong project management expertise in U.S. commercial solar development and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction). This role leads projects from early-stage development through construction and commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical feasibility, site assessments, and preliminary system design
Manage utility interconnection and permitting processes
Oversee engineering design review (layouts, SLDs, equipment selection)
Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractors
Coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, utilities, and AHJs
Oversee construction execution, quality control, and commissioning
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related)
Experience in U.S. commercial solar (C&I) development and EPC
Strong knowledge of NEC, interconnection, and permitting processes
