Leader Energy Group Berhad is seeking an Assistant Operations & Maintenance Manager for our solar plant in Kedah. You will lead operation, maintenance, engineering, procurement, and admin to ensure reliable plant performance.

The ideal candidate should hold a PE Electrical, with 5+ years in utility-scale solar projects, and be capable of managing HSSE, outages, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.
