**Job Title: Solar Laborer – Wire Management**

**Job Description**

This role supports the installation and maintenance of solar arrays with a primary focus on wire management. You work outdoors in varying weather conditions, manage and secure wiring using appropriate tools and materials, and consistently follow established safety guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient worksite.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform wire management on solar arrays, including organizing, routing, and securing cables using zip ties and other approved methods.
+ Support general solar construction and labor tasks as directed to ensure smooth installation and maintenance activities.
+ Follow all safety guidelines and procedures at all times to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and the team.
