**Job Description**
This role supports the installation of solar panels on commercial rooftops and carports throughout the Phoenix area. You will work outdoors as part of a construction crew, using hand and basic power tools to assist with solar panel installation and related mechanical and electrical tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist with the installation of solar panels on commercial rooftops and carports.
+ Perform general labor and construction tasks to support solar installation projects.
+ Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively during installation work.
+ Handle and move solar panels and materials, including lifting items weighing 50 pounds or more.
+ Work on your feet outdoors for 8–10 hours a day in varying weather conditions.
