Laborer General Foreman
SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking a Laborer General Foreman that will be responsible for organizing and directing craft team members based on project schedule, including preparation, handling and supplying of materials to be used by other craft team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
• Supervise and coordinate activities of foremen and their assigned craft workers
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders
• Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations
• Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules, using knowledge of equipment capacities and assigned personnel
