Establish efficient communication with project managementEstablish efficient communication with project teams (Dev, QA, TA)Define SVT strategyPresent SVT strategy to project managementBreakdown SVT activities into steps, create SVT Plan & control executionControl SVT suite development for quality and following best practicesProvide SVT process visibility to project managementValidate SVT results for validity and conformance to SVT strategyPrepare SVT ReportPresent the SVT report to the project teamReport all SVT process risk to PM in a timely fashionReport all performance bugsrisks to TMPM|SA in a timely fashionPresent the final SVT Report to the customer SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in commercial projects (CRM, E-commerce Functionalities, high-loaded SW)
