Software Testing Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Test Design & Execution
  : Develop and execute product experience test plans based on product selling points and features, aligning with the new product launch schedule to ensure no quality or public opinion issues arise from these features.
• Defect Management
  : Identify, track, and report defects from both a testing and customer perspective, collaborating closely with developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing and alignment with project goals. Improve user NPS.
• Project Planning
  : Contribute to project planning and estimation to ensure testing activities are well-scoped and properly resourced, while actively improving testing processes and team efficiency.
• Test Data & Execution
  : Assist in preparing test datasets, writing test cases, and executing tests based on a clear understanding of requirements.
