Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience, with strong experience implemented QA processes and Automated frameworks
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, guide, and lead QA teams.
- Proven experience in developing QA strategies, implementing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Hands‑on expertise in automation frameworks such as Playwright, Karate, and Rest Assured.
- Strong proficiency in SQL querying, data validation, and troubleshooting data issues.
- Experience designing, maintaining, and improving test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, particularly in complex or production‑like environments.
- Understanding of information governance, compliance standards, and quality controls within data‑centric solutions.
- Experience with Python
