Report to: Product Validation Group Supervisor
Summary: Develops test applications for Windows CE, Windows Mobile and later for Android; ensure that the product functionally operates as designed and meets requirements; reporting any defects found to the developers
Core responsibilities:
• Using Microsoft, marketing, and software requirements to validate embedded Windows and Android devices, and validate custom applications on Desktop PC’s. Perform certification on Windows Mobile and Android devices
• Develop software test programs to validate the Mobile computers using C/C++, C#/VB.NET, and Java. Test development for both embedded Windows and Android
• Perform sub-system and system level testing to meet requirements
• Research problems discovered during testing and develops solutions to the problems
• Report status updates to group leaders and other extended team members
