Role Overview

Repro seeks a hands-on Software Tech Lead spending 60% on coding/system design and 40% on leadership/team management . Requires strong expertise in Java, Python, SQL, AWS, eCommerce platforms, and AI/ML (including LLMs) . Must combine deep engineering skills with team mentorship and scalable, production-grade architecture ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development (60%)

  • Design scalable backend systems (Java, Python)
  • Architect cloud-native apps on AWS
  • Build/optimize APIs, microservices, distributed systems
  • Design/manage SQL databases (RDBMS & cloud-native)
  • Integrate AI/ML & LLM solutions (RAG, fine-tuning, APIs)
  • Ensure performance, reliability, scalability, security
  • Conduct code reviews; enforce best practices
