Software Systems Engineer

The Software Systems Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support and is involved in aspects of the software lifecycle: design, development, testing, implementation, installation, training, and support.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
• Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed to ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
• Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.

• Good at organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking
• Good at problem-solving
• Good knowledge of multiple programming languages
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills
