  • Deliver support to dealers and customers by providing guidance, troubleshooting, and consultation on software products via phone, email, and remote sessions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, including inquiries, issues, customer feedback, and solutions provided
  • Follow up on unresolved tasks internally and externally to ensure all customer inquiries are fully addressed
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by team leaders when required

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree qualification
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Customer-oriented with a patient, service-driven attitude
  • Experience or familiarity with accounting systems or software support is an advantage
  • Open to fresh graduates; encouraged to apply
