- Deliver support to dealers and customers by providing guidance, troubleshooting, and consultation on software products via phone, email, and remote sessions
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, including inquiries, issues, customer feedback, and solutions provided
- Follow up on unresolved tasks internally and externally to ensure all customer inquiries are fully addressed
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by team leaders when required
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree qualification
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Customer-oriented with a patient, service-driven attitude
- Experience or familiarity with accounting systems or software support is an advantage
- Open to fresh graduates; encouraged to apply
