The Software Support specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients and internal teams for software applications such as AutoCount and SQL.
- Assisting with software installation, configuration, and updates.
- Providing training and support to clients or employees on using software applications.
- Collaborating with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in software support, technical support, or a related role.
- Proficiency in using and troubleshooting AutoCount, SQL, and e-invoicing software.
- Strong analytical skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
