Software Support Engineer – Eocean Pvt. Ltd.

Eocean Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Software Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience to provide L1 and L2 application support for a banking client's WhatsApp Banking platform and Agent Portal.

The role involves incident handling, log analysis, troubleshooting across application, database, and operating system layers, and close coordination with operations and development teams to ensure smooth production performance.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in software/application support
  • Strong command over databases (Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL)
  • Working knowledge of Linux operating systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing, fast-paced environment
