Software Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct software installation and confirm customer specification of machine.
• Perform diagnostic check on system, isolate the problem and provide solution.
• To manage and coordinate jobs to meet manufacturing schedule.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing department.
• Prepare operation manual and provide training o users/ customers.
• Compile the machine data and report the machine status after job done.
• Provide timely reports to section manager or department head.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
• Experience in PLC programming and debugging are required for this position.
• Knowledge in schematic diagram and assemble drawing .
• Willing to travel locally and to be prepared to extend long working hours.
