Job Description

What you will do

  • Provide L1‑L2 technical customer support for CAD/CAM, MES, and data analytics applications used in sheet metal processing.
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues reported by customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to 2nd‑level support, internal development or engineering teams, ensuring clear documentation.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications on customer systems.
  • Cooperate with technology support teams to diagnose and resolve issues related to advanced manufacturing systems.
  • Provide remote or on‑site training when required.

What you need to succeed

  • Technical background in Computer Science, Industrial/Mechanical/Telecommunication Engineering, or a similar field.
  • 1+ years of experience in software support or technical customer service.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
