Job Description

Innovative Systems, Inc, one of the world’s most trusted providers of best-of-breed data quality and compliance solutions is expanding the Software Support team to accommodate 24/7 coverage and is looking for a talented Software Support Analyst to be part of our Customer Success team. You will support clients utilizing our award winning, anti-terrorism/anti-money laundering software in the Americas and possibly other parts of the world. The successful candidates will have the ability and desire to work the shift of Saturday - Wednesday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 PM Eastern Time OR Saturday - Wednesday, 8:00 AM -5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Location: Based in our World Headquarters, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with the ability to work a hybrid schedule. If not based in Pittsburgh, we would also consider remote work options for candidates living in the following areas: Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Texas, and Washington D.C.
