Job Description
Coordination and supervision of software optimizations for Point-of-Sale software and Order Management System and related applications for eCommerce
Coordinate and supervise the eCommerce team on development, testing, deployment, change requests and upgrades
Coordinate with Google Cloud and AWS managed services for cloud environment improvements
Investigate/research potential new software that will improve the company's performance.
Monitor and ensure that the performance of all cloud environments is of high-level
Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and support user adoption activities for new developments and modifications.
Provide timely resolution of bugs or escalation to higher support levels as needed.
Analyze recurring incidents to identify underlying problems.
Conduct root cause analysis and determine corrective actions.
Implement permanent fixes or workarounds to prevent future occurrences.
