Job Description

The
IT Software Specialist – POS and OMS
will be in charge of the implementation and maintenance of systems and cloud services of the company. Responsible in supporting software solutions for POS and OMS, performing systems test to identify software failure points and providing guidance to the end users based on their business needs, making recommendations on practical projects solutions, and working with project management to coordinate tasks and timelines. Interact with the other teams to ensure all systems are performing optimally.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and supervision of software optimizations for Point-of-Sale software and Order Management System and related applications for eCommerce
  • Coordinate and supervise the eCommerce team on development, testing, deployment, change requests and upgrades
