Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze technology trends in the payments/fintech industry and related sectors to stay up-to-date with emerging innovations
  • Translate concepts into Proof of Concepts (PoC) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) within defined timelines
  • Actively participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Design, Development, Documentation, Testing, and Support
  • Produce clear and concise design documents, demo scripts, and handover materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams through pairing, brainstorming, and knowledge sharing
  • Contribute to and maintain internal knowledge repositories and documentation
  • Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and reliability in all deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Support additional tasks or projects as assigned
