Responsibilities

  • Engage with customer business and technical resources to understand project goals and success criteria
  • Build workflows and automate tasks using scripting languages, JSON, and internal tools
  • Setup and configure Vector according to customer business and technical needs
  • Triage deployment or integration issues quickly
  • Drive technical discovery sessions to deliver integration solutions
  • Coordinate project implementation plans, timelines, and schedules
  • Gather customer product feedback and communicate with product management and engineering
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to prioritize product improvements
