Software Senior Engineer (Xico)

We are seeking a skilled engineer to architect and deliver cutting‑edge .NET services and APIs powered by Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search for hybrid retrieval and grounding.
• Build agentic workflows with tool/function calling, planning, memory, and safe execution boundaries.
• Implement observability for AI systems, including cost, latency, token usage, and quality metrics.
• Partner with product, security, and data teams to align solutions with compliance and business outcomes.
• Develop .NET 7/8 services using advanced async, streaming, dependency injection, clean architecture, and performance tuning.
• Create .NET Core REST APIs with authentication/authorization (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT), caching, and resiliency.
