Job Responsibilities:

  • 1-3 years experience in sales, Specifically in VOIP and Call Center Solutions.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic & English is a MUST.
  • Strong knowledge of sales fundamentals and negotiation techniques. 
  • Experience in using CRM Systems effectively. 

Skills & Technical knowledge:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In depth knowledge of VOIP systems and call center solutions.
  • Similarity with CRM platforms and its functionality.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities.
