Motorola Solutions seeks a Software Quality Lead to drive quality practices across the SDLC for LMR products. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and global quality teams to prevent defects and improve product reliability in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead root-cause analysis, facilitate design reviews, monitor quality metrics, and ensure ISO and telecom standards compliance while representing the Malaysia site in leadership updates.
