Software Quality Engineer II (Mid-Level) – Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with hands-on experience in functional testing
- Proven experience as a Functional Testing Lead or leading testing efforts in projects
- Strong knowledge of AGILE methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and active participation in sprints
- Hands-on experience with Test Automation tools and frameworks
- Exposure to the Insurance domain is highly desirable
- Experience with TOSCA or similar test automation tools
- Experience with pyETL or Python-based ETL testing
- Ability to plan, execute, and lead testing efforts, including mentoring junior QA engineers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, QA team members, and business stakeholders
