Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing, mainly for IVR systems.
• Execute API and integration testing using tools such as Postman or similar.
• Test front-end user scenarios and third-party integrations.
• Translate functional requirements into automated test cases.
• Maintain clear test documentation (test plans, test cases, procedures).
• Communicate test results and risks in English.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Software Quality Engineer / Test Engineer.
