Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

About the Role
Jointech Solutions is hiring a QA Engineer to join our Malaysia Professional Services team. You’ll work on banking projects, owning test planning and execution across mobile and web solutions. This role requires strong hands‑on QA skills, the ability to drive quality processes, and clear communication with engineering and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish and evolve QA processes aligned with industry best practices
  • Create and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated)
  • Identify, document, and track defects from discovery to resolution
  • Partner with engineering to ensure new features are testable and high quality
  • Prioritize testing based on risk, impact, and timelines
  • Support team requests in a timely and professional manner
